From geographic data to a parcel decision
Parsel Atlası brings Turkish plan, protection and coastal layers together on one map, so you can study a parcel before you buy, sell or develop it. Expert reports are prepared under the control of a Licensed Surveyor and SPK-licensed valuation expert.
What you can do on the map
Find your parcel
Download your parcel as KML from the official TKGM Parcel Query and drop it into “Ada / parsel ara”, or upload a GeoJSON file. The boundary appears on the map. Your file is processed in your browser; Parsel Atlası does not send queries to TKGM.
Plans and protection layers
Environmental plan (ÇDP), zoning plans (e-Plan), SİT protected areas, coastline, forest and pasture layers, plus municipal zoning links. The map opens in split screen with the ÇDP on the right.
Elevation, slope and measuring
Tap the map for approximate elevation and slope. Measure distance and area. Values are approximate; precise measurement requires a site survey.
Market view
Listing comparables and market density layers, official sale listings and links to listing sites. A comparable band is not a valuation.
Compare land options
Compare up to three options with price, extra costs and a document checklist. Free.
Share and save as PDF
Share a link to the view, or open a printable research summary and save it as PDF.
The app interface is in Turkish. Map data is for preliminary research and does not replace a soil survey, zoning rights or an official elevation document.
